1) Do you deliver products only in Gulbarga / Kalaburagi?
Ans: Yes, currently we are focusing to only deliver products in Gulbarga / Kalaburagi and we will expand our operations at a later stage. We will notify you when we are opening our operations to other cities.
2) What are the timings for Milk Delivery?
Ans: We deliver milk in the morning and evening, please call on our phone number 9060909090 for exact timings for your area.
3) If I order the Curd now, when will i get it?
Ans:If your ordering time is before 3 pm, you will get it on the same day in the evening. If your order time is after 3 pm, you will get it on the next day morning.
4) What is the time for delivering Groceries and other daily essentials?
Ans: 24 Hours.
5) Is Cash on Delivery available?
Ans: Yes.
6) What is the order refund policy?
Ans: We do not offer refunds on orders, except in cases where the product received is wrong or defective/damaged or expired. In case of wrong or defective/damaged or expired, please make a video of it immediately after delivery and send it to us on whatsapp (9060909090). Please note that video proof is mandatory in such cases and the video should be recorded immediately after the delivery time recorded in our systems.
7) What is the order exchange policy?

9) How do we ensure the quality of our products?
Ans: We use food grade quality packaging and make sure that our products are untouched by hand during production. Our products are naturally processed and hygienically packed. We procure diligently selected premium quality raw materials directly from the farmers.
